The story behind FarleyWood

Named after two small dachshunds with big personalities, FarleyWood began in 2020 to provide an alternative to the high-street model: a boutique agency where service matters as much as sale price. We have grown through local recommendations and our reputation for getting valuations accurate and sales over the line.

Our promise of accurate valuations are the backbone of successful selling. We don’t guess. We listen, assess and price according to what buyers in New Malden are prepared to pay. This strategy saves time, reduces uncertainty and leads to strong reliable outcomes.

Over five years later, having won four awards for our customer service, we have sold over 100 stylish local homes with a combined value of over £82 million and have achieved on average 99.3% of our asking prices.

FarleyWood has grown through word of mouth recommendations within our wonderful local community.

Victoria Killick

Managing Director

Victoria is a local resident and experienced agent with over 20 years in the property industry. She combines commercial acumen with warmth, a deep understanding of what motivates buyers in the area and a relentless drive to achieve results. Her hands-on, transparent approach ensures every sale is guided through to completion with clarity and confidence. Victoria has a talent for bringing together buyers and sellers before a house has even gone on to the open market.

Since moving to New Malden from Southfields in 2015 with her husband Daniel and daughters Imogen and Isla, Victoria has put down deep roots in the community. Weekends are spent walking in Richmond Park, coaching their daughters' football teams and visiting Beverley Park with the family’s dogs. She is passionate about the area and believes New Malden is one of London’s best-kept secrets, full of community life and activities for families.

Victoria’s career began just before her eighteenth birthday - a gap year plan that became her lifelong calling. She believes the best person to sell a home is someone who can answer every question with expert knowledge, conviction and enthusiasm. She loves matching families with their next home and helping them start their next chapter in this vibrant community.

Delphine Armitage

Consultant Creative Director

Delphine discovered New Malden in 2013 while searching for a home and quickly recognised its appeal - a vibrant community, leafy streets, and the perfect balance of family-friendly life and city accessibility. Her family has thrived here ever since, putting down deep roots and embracing everything the neighbourhood offers.

Originally from France, Delphine trained as a lawyer before realising her career needed a creative edge. After a brief period in New York and a move to London as a wedding planner, she transitioned into marketing, honing her skills in strategy & branding. When her daughters Ivy and Margot arrived, she shifted focus again, combining her commercial experience with a passion for interiors.

Having retrained as an Interior Designer, Delphine is now a Consultant Creative Director at FarleyWood. She brings styling, visual storytelling, and social media marketing to every property. She helps homeowners prepare their homes to shine, creating campaigns and photography that feel like the start of a life in a home, rather than a brochure, ensuring every listing engages the right buyers and delivers results.

Samantha Dekker

Consultant Administrator

Originally from Holland, aged 7 my family and I moved to the North Devonshire countryside. As an adult I have lived in New Malden since 2003 but it wasn’t until 2020 that I first met Victoria when I had struggled to sell my house through one of the high street agents. Victoria was a breath of fresh air and handled our sale in such a friendly and supportive way that I very much felt a part of her FarleyWood ‘family’. When my partner Mike and I, along our two little girls had settled into our new house on Cambridge Avenue I started assisting Victoria with administration and other aspects of the business.

I am able to apply my many years of experience as an Executive Assistant and support Victoria in delivering the highest standard of attention to detail, in what is a truly focused and caring service.

We contribute to New Malden

We feel strongly about enhancing and contributing to our local community.

We are proud to sponsor the U9 Girls Pride and U11 Girls Lionesses teams for Motspur Park Youth Football Club. Managing Director Victoria Killick, both a parent and coach, sees first-hand the dedication and determination the girls bring to every match – the same qualities that are at the heart of FarleyWood. As a female-led estate agency we’re committed to helping local families as well as local girls achieve their goals, both on and off the pitch.

FarleyWood also sponsors Burlington Schools, a wonderful primary school in the heart of our community that attracts many buyers to New Malden.
