Named after Farley and Woody, two small dachshunds with large personalities, FarleyWood was established in 2020 to offer a more personal way to sell homes in New Malden.
The business has grown through local recommendations, repeat clients and introductions.
Remaining small is deliberate. It allows us to know every property and every sale in detail, and means you are never handed from one department to another.

We bring together property experience, local knowledge, presentation, marketing and sales administration in one small team. Because we all live locally, the advice we give is grounded in the neighbourhood and the market we work in every day.
Victoria Killick
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Victoria has worked as an estate agent for more than 20 years. She lives in New Malden’s Beverley Hills with her husband, daughters and dogs, and has built both her family life and her business within the local community.
Her approach is straightforward, proactive and hands-on. Victoria carries out the valuations and viewings, handles negotiations and stays closely involved through to completion. She values honest pricing, detailed knowledge of every home and regular communication that works for the people involved.
Victoria also coaches a local girls’ football team, keeping her closely connected to the families and neighbourhood FarleyWood serves.
Delphine Armitage
MARKETING CONSULTANT
Delphine oversees FarleyWood’s creative marketing and presentation. With a background in marketing and interior design, she helps sellers prepare their homes and shapes the visual direction of each launch. Also living in New Malden’s Beverley Hill, Delphine is rooted in the community.
Her role is practical as well as creative, from advising on furniture layout and the finer details to address before photography, to considering how a property is marketed across the website, property portals and social media.
Her complimentary presentation advice is included with every FarleyWood sale.
Samantha Dekker
ADMINISTRATIVE CONSULTANT
Sam also has two daughters and lives locally in New Malden’s Christchurch Avenues. She oversees the compliance and administration behind every sale.
Sam’s calm efficiency behind the scenes ensures a seamless service from offer agreed through to completion.
Working closely with Victoria and providing the administrative continuity that underpins FarleyWood’s hands-on approach.
